This Saturday, Oct. 21, Westside Future Fund – in partnership with Ashview Heights Community Association, Atlanta University Center Neighborhood Association, Booker T. Washington Community Association, English Avenue Neighborhood Association and Vine City Civic Association  – will host candidates in this year’s Atlanta Mayoral race to discuss issues affecting Atlanta’s Historic Westside neighborhoods.

Award-winning journalist and host of WABE-FM’s “Closer Look,” Rose Scott, will moderate the Forum as the candidates address topics such as affordable housing, resident retention, safety and security, cradle-to-career education, health and wellness and equitable economic development.

Over the past few months, Rose and her “Closer Look” team have sat down with each of the candidates participating in Saturday’s Forum to hear more about their aspirations to become the City’s next Mayor.
