It’s no secret to us that there are many remarkable people, businesses and organizations residing in the four historic neighborhoods of the Westside, but we couldn’t contain our #WestsidePride any longer!

In an effort to share as many of these great Westside stories with the rest of Atlanta as we can, we’ve partnered with Saporta Report, which will, each week, feature a thought piece from one of the many voices of the Historic Westside community. Our very own executive director, John Ahmann, kicked off our first two columns, and we look forward to sharing the page with many others in the weeks ahead.

Next week’s column will feature Westside native Rev. Howard Beckham. Rev. Beckham is the founder and CEO of Integrity CDC, the managing partner behind the successful workforce development initiative Westside Works.
