Believe Atlanta Hosts eSTEAM Fair at Joseph Emerson Brown Middle School

As part of their work to enhance educational and economic-mobility opportunities in underserved Atlanta communities, Believe Atlanta hosted nearly 200 students at the inaugural eSTEAM Youth Fair on Sept. 7 at Joseph Emerson Brown Middle School, located in the heart of the historic West End community, just a stone’s throw from the Atlanta University Center. The event featured organizations in the science, technology, engineering, arts and math fields, representing the full spectrum of the eSTEAM curriculum.

While hosted at Joseph Emerson Brown Middle School for students, parents were also invited to attend alongside their students. Together they enjoyed interactive experiences with robotics, meteorology, ceramics, virtual reality, coding and more. Additionally, parents were able to take advantage of job and skill training resources and meet with companies actively hiring.

The Believe eSTEAM fair was a collaboration with AT&T ERG the NETwork, Atlanta Public Schools, Westside Future Fund, Cricket Wireless and AT&T.
