This holiday season, Westside Future Fund teamed up with The Home Depot Foundation to provide a morning of food, fun, and love for seven special Westside families! Guests enjoyed breakfast and story time with the legendary The Real Black Santa before being showered with gifts from Santa’s list! For parents, every season is the season of giving. This is especially true for single mothers. So to honor their daily sacrifice and commitment to their children, THDF rewarded each matriarch with two months paid rent and $500 for groceries! Yolanda Owens, Owner of iwi fresh Garden Day Spa, presented each mother with a gift certificate for a well deserved spa day at iwi fresh, where the moms will enjoy a chance to unwind and receive some of the love and care they work so hard to provide for their families each and every day.
