Victoria Bambo, Project Facilitator, Partnership Liaison, and Executive Assistant to the Principal at Booker T. Washington High School, delivered the November 4th devotion at Westside Future Fund’s Transform Westside Summit. Bambo referenced Nigerian proverbs as well as The Bible’s book of Nehemiah while speaking on the collective efforts to bring equity and opportunity to BTW students and their families:

Get prepared to equip APS, specifically Booker T. Washington High School, and to also provide us with…the encouragement and the tools for success that made it possible to not only rebuild the temple, to rebuild the gates, the walls, and to restore the faith of the people. Although there will always be something trying to kill the passion, standing together, working together and encouraging and equipping each other, we can actually change the city.”
