Morris, Manning & Martin Names Westside Future Fund as Atlanta Nonprofit Partner for 2025

Westside Future Fund (WFF) is honored to be selected as the 2025 Atlanta Nonprofit Partner by MMMPact, Morris, Manning & Martin’s corporate social responsibility initiative. This year-long partnership will bring philanthropic support and dedicated volunteer efforts to help advance WFF’s mission of revitalizing Atlanta’s historic Westside neighborhoods.

Through its programs and initiatives, WFF is committed to fostering equity and opportunity in the historic Westside, a community that played a vital role in shaping Atlanta’s history. Key to WFF’s work is its Home on the Westside program, which ensures housing affordability for legacy residents and supports the development of high-quality, permanently affordable multi-family housing and single-family homes. By addressing challenges like rising property taxes and providing housing stability, WFF is creating pathways for individuals and families to thrive.

“Our MMMPact initiative reflects our firm’s deep commitment to making a positive impact on our community,” said Simon Malko, managing partner of Morris, Manning & Martin. “This partnership blends financial support, volunteerism, and pro bono services to amplify WFF’s remarkable work already underway. We are proud to stand alongside WFF in its mission to create a thriving, inclusive community.”

A Year of Impact

The partnership with MMMPact will include opportunities for Morris, Manning & Martin employees to directly engage with the Westside community through volunteer projects and events.

The collaboration will culminate in MMM Cheers, Morris, Manning & Martin’s annual wine-tasting fundraiser. The event, now in its 11th year, will take place on November 7, 2025, at the InterContinental Buckhead. Proceeds from the event will benefit WFF’s programs, furthering their efforts to preserve the legacy and vibrancy of Atlanta’s historic Westside.

Building a Thriving Westside

Partnerships like this underscore the importance of community collaboration in achieving meaningful, lasting impact. Westside Future Fund extends its deep gratitude to Morris, Manning & Martin for their support and investment in the Westside.

“The partnership between WFF and Morris Manning highlights our shared commitment to creating equal opportunities for the residents of Atlanta’s historic Westside neighborhoods,” said Westside Future Fund President and CEO John Ahmann. “Morris Manning’s knowledge of real estate issues and continued dedication to philanthropic efforts made the firm an obvious choice as one of our corporate partners. The assistance they’ll provide over the next year will better our community substantially.”

With MMMPact’s generous support, WFF is empowered to continue in its mission to revitalize Atlanta’s historic Westside neighborhoods through initiatives that prioritize affordable housing, education, safety, and community health. Together, we are transforming the historic Westside into a community that Dr. King would be proud to call home.
