Since its debut in August, the Westside Volunteer Corps has activated more than 1,000 volunteers, logged more than 2,000 service hours and served more than 20 Westside-based nonprofits.

As the Corps prepares to wind down a standout year, its founding partners – Westside Future Fund, Chick-fil-A Foundation and United Way of Greater Atlanta – would like to thank all who have given of their time and talents and helped to make 2017 a year of great impact in our four historic neighborhoods.

The Corps will be back in January with its next community-wide Day of Service in celebration of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
